The last time we were there was about 15 years ago and not much has changed. The location of the hotel is beautiful, on the banks of the Thames. It's a cosy, beautiful old hotel.
After a long drive we had expected a nice dinner, but we were disappointed. It was no longer what we had in mind from before! Maybe this is our problem too!

All the staff made you feel welcome and nothing was too much trouble. You were made to feel wanted. They even presented my wife with a small birthday cake, pre-arranged by myself.
